Welcome to Good Times Birth: Your Birth Journey Starts Here

Hi! I’m Aurelija, and I’m Here for You

Antenatal educator in Glasgow office welcoming you with a cup of tea

I’m Aurelija, the heart and soul behind Good Times Birth. If you're here, it means you’re preparing for one of the most exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) journeys of your life—becoming a parent. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be. When I was preparing for my own birth, I wanted to feel informed, empowered, and at ease, but what I found was that there was a lot of information out there that wasn’t all that helpful. There was a missing piece—a space where expectant parents could feel supported, calm, and most importantly, heard.

And that's exactly why I created Good Times Birth: to give you that space. A space where you can prepare for your birth holistically, where your mind and body are all taken into account, and where you can feel empowered, no matter what type of birth you’re planning.

A New Approach to Birth Preparation

So, what makes Good Times Birth different from the rest? Well, for starters, I offer Hypnobirthing, Education on Birth Rights, inclusive information on infant feeding as well as guide you through our current medical system and give you my best tips on how to navigate it, as part of my antenatal education.

Now, I know “hypnobirthing” might sounds more like it has to do something with a stage performance, but let me assure you—it’s not about magic or mind control. It’s all about learning how to relax, breathe, and stay calm throughout your birth. And believe me, these techniques helped me so much when I gave birth, and I’ve seen it work wonders for so many others too!

In my classes, I focus on helping you feel prepared and confident, but also grounded and focused. I want you to feel like you’re walking into your birth experience with a clear mind, positive energy, and the tools to stay in control—no matter what path your birth takes.

Why Inclusivity is So Important to Me

I’m a huge believer in inclusivity. Everyone’s journey to parenthood is unique, and that’s something I celebrate at Good Times Birth. Whether you’re planning a home birth, a hospital birth, or something else entirely, I’m here to guide you. Whether you want to take a natural approach or are choosing pain relief options, every decision you make is your decision—and I’m here to help you feel confident in that.

It doesn’t matter your background, your preferences, or your experiences—if you’re expecting a little one, you’re welcome here. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can come as you are, feel supported, and get the education you need to feel prepared and empowered.

What You Can Expect from My Classes

Each class I offer is designed to make you feel like you’re fully prepared and supported. Here’s a quick look at what you’ll experience in Good Times Birth:

  • Hypnobirthing Techniques: I’ll teach you how to use breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques to stay calm and focused throughout labor and birth. This isn’t about “being calm for the sake of it”—it’s about feeling in control of your experience.

  • Real Talk, No Judgment: Whether you want a water birth, epidural, or something in between, there’s no “one right way” to do birth. You’ll get real, honest information so you can make decisions that feel right for you.

  • Holistic Birth Prep: I believe in nurturing the mind, body, and soul. We’ll dive into things like self-care, body movement, and mental well-being—because feeling good during your pregnancy and birth is about more than just physical health.

  • Community Support: One of the things I absolutely love about this space is how it brings parents together. You’ll meet others who are on the same journey, and some of those connections might just turn into lifelong friendships.
