My courses are welcoming of ALL who want to learn more about childbirth and early parenthood. I strongly believe, that having a positive birth experience is everyone's right, whoever you are and however that experience may look to you - at home, in the hospital, an elective abdominal birth, or something else completely, I am here to respect and support your decisions by providing evidence-based, most up to date information as well as practical tools and knowledge to prepare for all that mother nature or the medical system might throw at you!

To put it in one sentence - in a Hypnobirthing course we delve deep into topics relating to labour and birth and in the Antenatal course we go far beyond that. Think of the Antenatal course as an all-inclusive package and Hypnobirthing is just one part of it.
-
That will depend on many factors. If you are first-time parents and want to know everything about newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum self-care as well as more in-depth info about the medical system - the antenatal course is for you. If you had a baby before and want to improve your birthing experience - Hypnobirthing might be more suited for you.
-
Understandably attending all the dates might be difficult for some. In those cases, I have prerecorded online videos of the course information that you will be able to catch up on. If you have any questions after watching, I will be more than happy to answer them during the next session you attend or through WhatsApp.
-
Both Antenatal and Hypnobirthing courses were designed to provide value to birthing person and their partner. It is important that birth partner knows all the tools and techniques as well as birth preferences to be able to fully support and advocate for the labouring person. If attending Antenatal course it will also greatly boost their confidence when it comes to taking care of baby and bonding with them. If due to scheduling difficulties the are unable to attend - don’t worry! There will be comprehensive handouts given after each session so they can learn and practice in their own time.
-
I offer 20% off for single parents and also happy to discuss payment plans and other options if you struggle to access courses due to their cost.
-
My goal is to keep the courses cosy and intimate as well as sociable. There will be no more than 7 couples per course allowing me to tailor the experience to individual needs and wants. There will be plenty of time to socialise with others as well as an opportunity to join WhatsApp group and Facebook community page, to support each other through pregnancy and after the baby’s birth.
